2. What personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with our website, we may collect the following categories of data:

• Identification and contact details: first name, last name, email address, phone number — when you fill in a contact form, a reservation, or the franchise form.
• Data voluntarily provided in forms: the city and location under consideration (franchise form), the message submitted through the contact form.
• Technical and browsing data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, time spent on the site, traffic source — collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (detailed in Section 8).
• Communication data: the content of messages sent to us via email, contact forms, or social media.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, sexual orientation, etc.) through the website.

• Data required to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax-related): for the period provided by applicable law (generally up to 10 years, for financial-accounting documents).

Our website is not specifically aimed at minors under the age of 16, and we do not intentionally collect their data without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
